We use Simcoe and Lotus hops at low temps to preserve essential oils — unlocking subtle notes of peach and tropical fruit.

2. Proprietary fermentation.

Our unique microbe-driven process mimics the flavor of full-strength beer — without the alcohol.

3. Aroma maturation. Cold-aged.

After fermentation, Koona 45 rests — letting malt and hop aromas round out in balance.

4. Electrolytes, added gently.

After maturation, sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium are gently added to ensure smooth dissolution and full bioavailability.
